The 34-year-old TV presenter and philanthropist got glammed up for a night out to see Britney Spears in concert at the O2 in London on Saturday night, sharing a snap of her stunning look with her 718,000 followers.
The mother-of-two appeared to be feeling slightly worse for wear the following morning, however, once again taking to Instagram to keep fans updated on her antics.
“Looking slightly different to last night,” she said, sporting a casual make-up, a simple vest top and wearing her blonde locks pulled back into a dishevelled up ‘do.
“Fair to say I feel pretty rough today and slightly regretful,” she confessed. “But tomorrow’s a big day.”
Filming herself, the Strictly Come Dancing star teased: “So tomorrow I’m going to be getting properly Strictly-fied.”
She revealed she will be sharing a glimpse of her first costume for the BBC show with her Instagram followers.
“I’ll be able to post here in my costume and show you all what I’m going to wear for the first show,” she said.
The upload will be fans’ first look at the contestants’ outfits for week one as the launch date creeps closer.
Katie had got a taste of training last week when the celebrities donned their dancing shoes to begin rehearsals.

The star is not only taking on the challenge of Strictly, but also training for the half marathon as she aims to support fellow acid attack victims by raising money and awareness.
Running in aid of the Katie Piper Foundation, she recently announced she was training for the half marathon, prompting fans to praise her efforts.
“You are such an inspiration,” one Instagram user commented. “Good luck with the half marathon.”
“How do you find the time to look after two kids, train for a half marathon and train for Strictly Come Dancing?” another asked, while a third said: “You never stop! Such dedication and such an inspiration.”

At the weekend, Katie publicly addressed the news her attacker Stefan Sylvestre was being released from prison.
The 30-year-old has served nine years of a life sentence for throwing acid over the former model in 2008.
Katie spoke out about the news in a statement posted on Instagram, saying: “Hi everyone, I felt it was important to put a message out to my friend, supporters and followers.
“This is a really difficult time for me. I am trying to come to terms with the decision and this something I need to deal with.
“Over the past two weeks Strictly has already given me such a welcome and positive distraction from my past,” she said.
The Strictly star added: “Whilst there is never a good time to hear this news, I am glad I have this new journey to concentrate on.
“Thank you for your continued support, I really appreciate it. Love Katie x.”
