JLS star Oritsé Williams, 31, was granted unconditional bail by magistrates in Walsall in October over an incident at a hotel in 2016.
The JLS star was arrested and charged for allegedly raping a 20-year-old after performing at Gorgeous club in Wolverhampton.
After Oritsé’s arrest, his management team 10 Worlds Music said the singer denies the allegations against him.
They said: “All we wish to say at this time is that Oritsé denies the allegations against him.
“The matter is in the hands of the police and it would be totally wrong for us to comment any further.”
Oritsé rose to fame on the X Factor group as part of the boyband JLS in 2008.
The quartet consisting of Oritsé, Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and JB Gill, missed out on winning to Alexandra Burke.
The boyband split up in 2013 and Oritsé went on to start his own entertainment company, Overthrow Recordings.
Two years later, he released his first solo single, under his new stage name OWS.
In 2014, Oritsé became a father for the first time in when his girlfriend at the time AJ Azari, gave birth to their son, Omre.
