Love Island fans will look forward to the awkward tension with Dani Dyer after sources revealed 22-year-old Keeley left her office job for a stint in Mallorca, according to The Mirror.
According to MailOnline, ITV bosses allegedly changed their minds after Keeley tried to join this year’s line-up, but missed out.
The Sun also reported the show is recruiting other contestants’ exes.
Could fans see new explosive entrances in the coming days?
A TV insider said: “For the past few weeks there have been lots of discussions whose exes would make good TV and who would make the most impact.
“They are being lined up and talked up.”
Another source added: “Nothing has been decided but it is something that has been on the table for a while and could happen later in this series.
“It’s happened before on the show so there’s nothing to say it wouldn’t happen again.”
It comes after Rosie Williams became the latest contestant to be dumped from the villa.
Last night’s episode saw Adam Collard apologise to Rosie after being called out by new boy Sam for his treatment towards Rosie.
Taking Rosie to one side on the terrace, Adam said: “I think that obviously things with me and you haven’t really worked out the best. And I’m sorry.
“I am actually sorry if you felt that way. Whatever you felt, I’m sorry that I upset you. I don’t like seeing anyone cry.”
Rosie replied: “I appreciate that. Seeing you and Zara and the way you are, I just think, because obviously we were close and when we were good we were good, but I didn’t not try if you get me. It was a bit both ways. It takes two to make an effort.”
Adam continued: “Well I’m sorry that you were upset, and it wasn’t nice seeing you upset. I know we’ve got our differences but I didn’t want to see you like that, I really didn’t.
“I just thought at the time it was probably best to give you space.”
Discussing his decision to make amends with Rosie, Adam later said in the Beach Hut: “I really do hope she gets whatever she wants to get out of the villa.
“I really do because it’s not nice seeing someone upset and hopefully it’ll be a bit of a distraction as well as something real. Me and Zara have got something going on so hopefully she can too.”
As the pair finally called a truce, Rosie admitted: “That’s all I wanted, was to be your friend. But I did want you to know that I did really like you and I did have feelings for you. It was never fake on my part anyway and I did want to see what would happen and obviously it hasn’t worked out.
“All I want is just to be friends with you so I’m glad you pulled me up. Thank you. Want to hug it out.”
