Former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa appeared to take a thinly veiled swipe at her husband Dan Osborne after he revealed ‘unhappy days’ in their marriage.
The 25-year-old actress uploaded a cryptic message to her Instagram page, which read: “Appreciate those that don’t give up on you.”
Below the quote was a cartoon of a stick figure helping another up off the ground.
Jacqueline, who is expecting her second child with Dan, shared the post after the former The Only Way is Essex star spoke out about their troubled relationship.
Dan, 26, who moved out of their marital home to live with a friend said: “I’m still living with a mate. I left because we were arguing and it is such a waste of energy.
“The way I look at life is every day spent unhappy is a wasted day, and we were both having lots of unhappy days.”
Hinting they may not reconcile, he told Daily Star Sunday: “I obviously still care for Jacqueline, but if we can’t make each other happy then we shouldn’t stay together. Life is too short.”
Opening up about their issues, he added: “It has been a tough time for us both. We’ve been arguing for a long time.
“We argue at home so I go out because I don’t want to be home arguing when I can be enjoying myself with my mates.”
The reality TV star also revealed he would return home before the birth of their unborn baby, but has not decided whether he will stay following the child’s arrival.
“I will move back to help before the birth and with the baby, but I don’t know after that,” he told the publication.
“The main priority is the kids.”
Jacqueline and Dan married in June last year and share three-year-old daughter Ella, with Dan also father to four-year-old Teddy from a previous relationship.
Earlier this month, Jacqueline spoke about the rumoured split during an interview with OK! Magazine.
“People want to comment on your marriage,” she told the publication. “But they don’t actually know what is happening – only we know.
“People shouldn’t jump to any conclusions and I’m in the last few weeks of my pregnancy so I don’t need the stress.”
Jacqueline is due to give birth next month and recently said she believes Ella won’t act too differently with her sibling.
“I don’t think that’s gonna change because she’s so powerful and strong,” Jacqueline said.
“You can’t not give her attention. She’s lucky she’s got so much family around her as well.”
She added: “Someone told me you don’t half your love you double it, so I’m kind of keeping that in mind.”
