Allison Catherine Posta was married May 26 to Andrew Peterson Lange in Buckingham, Pa. The Rev. Lydia Posselt, the pastor of Family of God Lutheran Church, performed the ceremony there.
The couple, both doctors, met at Tulane, where each received a medical degree. They are now third-year residents in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut, where, in July, they are to become attending physicians in hospital medicine.
Dr. Posta, 29, graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell.
She is the daughter of Maureen K. Posta and Jeffrey S. Posta of Lawrenceville, N.J. Her father is a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey. Her mother is the practice manager at Princeton Occupational Health and Family Medicine in Hamilton, N.J.
Dr. Lange, 31, graduated from Northwestern and received a master’s degree in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown.
He is a son of Cheryl M. Lange and William E. Lange of Bloomington, Minn. His parents are consultants to education and social science organizations.
